Please note

Pool safety: the pool is equipped with an alarm that complies with current standards. However, constant supervision of young children is essential.

Exterior

Set in a secure residential environment, this contemporary villa unfolds on a 1,000 m² plot between forest, garrigue and Provencal landscape. The architecture highlights natural light and open volumes. Several terraces extend the interior spaces, offering dining, reading and relaxation areas. Some rooms have their own private terraces overlooking the surrounding vegetation. The soberly landscaped garden opens onto an unobstructed panorama of pine trees, blue skies and the hills of Le Tholonet.

Pool

The 16x4m heated swimming pool is a natural extension of the outdoor living room and becomes the heart of the house during the warmer months. It's surrounded by a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, perfect for days spent swimming, reading and napping in the shade.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Interior

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten people, the house offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. The entrance opens onto a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining room and contemporary lounge facing the garden and pool. On the first floor, a spacious en-suite bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden and a relaxing view of the forest. Upstairs, the other bedrooms offer a calm, uncluttered atmosphere, some with terraces and all with unobstructed views of nature. The entire house is air-conditioned.

This contemporary villa accommodates up to ten guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms.

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 x 200 cm), with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, single washbasin and WC. Direct access to the garden.

First floor:

Bedroom 2: Double bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, single washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 3: Double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request, en-suite bathroom with shower and single washbasin.
Bedroom 4: Double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request.
Bedroom 5: Two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with a bathtub and single washbasin.
