In the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, this small-scale restaurant offers seasonal cuisine based on a single menu.
Chef Loïc Pétri has developed a free-spirited approach, drawing on his experience in renowned establishments, with particular attention paid to seasonings, oils and spices. Products such as bass, lobster and sweetbreads are worked with precision.
The result is a cuisine structured around the inspiration of the moment, with meticulous execution and service in keeping with the intimate format of the venue.
In an intimate setting, the cuisine is based on seasonal produce from a terroir between sea and mountains, with particular attention paid to fish, meat and vegetables.
The experience is structured around menus in three, five or seven sequences, allowing a coherent progression of dishes. The wine cellar accompanies the menu with a carefully selected range of wines.
Service is carefully organized, with a maître d'hôtel accompanying each guest throughout the meal.
