Meat of our region : cooking and presentation of the various pieces
Fish of Provence and sauces : How to choose fish and prepare them with sauces
Seasonal vegetables : origin, preparation, cooking, seasoning
Gourmet dinner, drinks included

Friday – Day 3
Cooking class (Morning Session)
Treats and sweets
Desserts flavoured with infused plants
The art of bread : cereals of yesterday, spelt, millet
Dinner at La Bergerie, drinks included
