Perfect place, even in winter

From the moment my wife and I arrived at this stunning oceanfront property, we knew we were in for a treat. Nestled in a region renowned for its breathtaking hiking trails, ranging from the rugged beauty of the Calanques to the serene hills and plateaus, this vacation rental was an adventurer's paradise. The house itself is a jewel perched right on the ocean. We had the pleasure of staying in the lower master bedroom, where we were lulled to sleep each night by the soothing sound of waves - a door cracked open just enough to let the rhythmic melody of the sea whisper us into serene slumber. It was the epitome of relaxation and tranquility. Inside, the amenities and furnishings were top-notch, catering to our every need with a touch of elegance and comfort. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. But the true highlight of our stay was our host, Karine. Her kindness and helpfulness were beyond compare. If you experience the slightest hiccup, she's there for you.

The Perfect Retreat

What can I say to encapsulate the 3 perfect weeks we spent at Villa Azur? The Villa is superbly fitted out, the waterside location is perfect, the sound of the sea with morning coffee on the terrace or yoga by the pool, or dinner in the sunset on the terrace - just heaven. We went out and about to places in Provence to sample the local markets and did lots of sightseeing but it was perfect to swim in the pool when we came home or walk the coastal path and paddle board instead. Provence holidays were marvellous at arranging transport to and from the Stadium in Marseille for the rugby matches and at the last minute too. Thank you - it made life much easier for us to just enjoy the Rugby World Cup. We would definitely recommend both Villa Azur and Provence Holidays and wish to be back very soon.

Villa Azur

We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Azur. The villa had everything that we needed, including kayak and paddle boards. The direct access to the beach from the villa was a delight and we used it every day to swim, snorkel and paddle in the sea. The pool was warm and big enough for a swim. The bedrooms were all double and a good size. The kitchen was fully fitted, well stocked with china, glass and cutlery, so we were able to cook meals for 7 of us. We loved that there was a large gas BBQ. All in all we had a fantastic holiday. It was a pleasure to book through Province Holidays, the information provided was excellent, immediate responses to any queries. We were also in touch with the landlord who welcomed us via email and ensured that we were in touch with the caretaker. Thank you for making sure we had a great holiday in the Provence.
