Chef Ducros creates dishes rooted in the culinary traditions of southern France. His approach focuses on clear flavors, balanced compositions and the use of carefully selected ingredients.
The menu reflects this philosophy with dishes such as whole roast Costières squab, free-range poultry served with corn tartlet and bigarade sauce, and strawberries in vacherin with vanilla whipped cream and verjuice.

Michelin-starred La Table d'Uzès now welcomes guests to a new space just a few steps from the hotel. The restaurant remains under the direction of chef Christophe Ducros, and continues to focus on ingredients and specialties from the South of France. Chef Christophe Ducros Originally from Valence, Christophe Ducros has been running the kitchens at La Maison d'Uzès since two thousand and sixteen, retaining the restaurant's Michelin star.
Over the course of his career, he has worked in a number of renowned establishments, including La Tour Rose in Lyon, La Pomme de Pin in Courchevel and L'Oasis in La Napoule. His cuisine is guided by seasonal produce and traditional cooking methods. The menu often reflects the produce available in the surrounding valley, drawing inspiration from the nearby Place aux Herbes market. A new setting in the heart of Uzès The refurbished restaurant is inspired by the light of an orangery and the calm atmosphere of a winter garden.
Large windows bring natural light into the dining room, while the terrace offers a view of Uzès cathedral. In this setting, the kitchen presents dishes shaped by the seasons and local produce, continuing the restaurant's focus on southern French cuisine.
