The restaurant has two complementary offerings.
L'Atelier Salone, a bistro open at lunchtime, offers simple, structured cuisine, suitable for a lunch break, with accessible dishes and fluid service.
La Villa Salone, a gourmet restaurant, takes a more elaborate approach to tasting menus, offering more technical and creative cuisine.
The whole offers a coherent organization, with two distinct formats to suit different times and uses.
