La salle à manger, d'inspiration Art déco, évoque l'univers des paquebots transatlantiques, avec une disposition ouverte et baignée de lumière. La cuisine, d'inspiration méditerranéenne, propose des plats élaborés à partir de produits de saison sélectionnés avec soin. Il en résulte une table harmonieuse, en parfaite symbiose avec son environnement maritime.

In the kitchen, chef Jérôme Cotta offers a gastronomic approach focused on quality products, with precise compositions. The menu features ingredients such as langoustines, scallops, wild sea bass and sweetbreads.
Dishes include crispy langoustines with celery and bisque aïoli, scallop carpaccio, wild sea bass with Noilly Prat emulsion, and sweetbreads lacquered with clementine.
The cuisine is structured, with attention paid to presentation and the balance of flavors, in a setting open to the sea.
