In Vieux Nice, opposite the town hall, this restaurant is organized around an open kitchen and a counter where you can watch the dishes being prepared. The à la carte menu, available by the slate, changes daily with traditional dishes such as homemade pissaladière, mimosa egg with tarragon, calamari a la plancha or quail confit with garlic jus. The cuisine is straightforward, focusing on classic recipes and regularly prepared products.
The experience is based on a balance between cuisine, setting and service, with attention paid to the coherence of the whole. Every element, from the plate to the ambience, is designed to accompany the meal and create a structured experience, where the quality of the dishes is set in an appropriate environment.
Fine Gueule was born of the meeting of two enthusiasts, Kim and Géraud, brought together by a change of career and joint training at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
Since then, they have worked as a duo, with Kim in the dining room and Géraud in the kitchen, in a complementary and structured organization.
