Above the Old Port, near the Palais de Justice, this restaurant is led by an experienced duo: chef Samy Leroy and pastry chef Ohannes Kachichian. The cuisine is based on seafood and the seasons, with dishes such as amberjack ceviche with lemon and verbena, or Mediterranean lean with a carrot, orange and ginger sauce. Desserts, made to order, revisit classics such as rum baba and smoked vanilla profiteroles. The bright, structured setting combines light materials and velvet seating, with an organization adapted to precise service.
