Mas de Cure Bourse
The Luberon > L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue
This restaurant serves seasonal Provencal cuisine, using local produce selected for its quality and availability at different times of the year. Meals can be served on the shaded terrace in summer, or in the dining room by the fireplace in cooler weather. The organization of the site allows us to adapt to conditions all year round. The cellar features wines from the region, including Luberon, Vacqueyras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in keeping with the cuisine on offer.
Housed in a former 18th-century coaching inn, this restaurant is located in the heart of the countryside. The setting features a shaded terrace in summer and a dining room with fireplace in cooler weather.
The cuisine is built around the seasons, with a menu that changes regularly according to the produce available. Each season highlights a specific ingredient: mushrooms in autumn, wild boar in winter, melon in summer or asparagus in spring.
Dishes reflect this approach, such as a warm mushroom matignon with poached egg and Colonnata bacon, a wild boar civet served in a casserole dish, or a melon in a variety of preparations.
Together, these dishes offer a clear understanding of the product, with a structured cuisine adapted to the rhythm of the seasons.
