It all began for Chef Fabien Ferdinand alongside Michelin-starred chef Pascal Alonso at Le Pré du Moulin. He then continued his journey with renowned chefs such as Guy Lassausaie in Lyon, as well as Pierre Gagnaire and Hélène Darroze in London.
In 2016, he returned to his roots to take over La Table du Chazal. His ambition: to bring together his technique and passion to celebrate and share the beauty and identity of the terroir he holds so dear.
