It's not just a meal, it's a real celebration in a warm and refined place. "Chez Serge" is renowned for being the best restaurant in Carpentras and its surroundings: lovers of truffles like me are often very numerous so be sure to book in advance. The evening begins with hors d'oeuvres accompanied by a wine that you have chosen from a meticulous and quality selection. There are several ways to discover the wild and musky flavor of black truffles, whether with the half-cooked foie-gras with its blackberry juice and apples or the truffle pasta in a cream with incredible aromas. Sure you will enjoy a meal to die for! There's nothing left on the plates!

Super accueil de Serge et son équipe, délicieux déjeuner sur la terrasse après un petit tour au marché très sympathique de Carpentras ! Un très bon moment passé !
