"Camille is a young chef from the Ventoux region of Provence. Passionate about her job as a chef, she works with mainly organic local fresh produce , which she cooks with respect and tradition. She welcomes you at her restaurant, which she has created to share her cuisine on your plates. In the countryside of Carpentras, in the heart of the vineyards, the "Camille Restaurant" opens its doors. In the summer you dine outside, on the terrace shaded by Virginia creepers or under the stars. In the winter you dine inside, where the kitchen offers the curious its secrets because it is open on the bright room. Benefit from a private carpark and a garden where the games for children and relaxation await you. All in all this is what makes "Camille Restaurant" one of the best addresses in the area. Been there five times and each time was a delightf
Camille is the owner, chef and front of house. She has great passion and knowledge resulting in a great dining experience. All ingredients are locally sourced so every dish has a backstory (if you're interested). Also good for the kids as there's a play area giving us adults some peace and quiet to enjoy the wine. Cammille's has become a must visit restaurant everytime I'm in the region.
