Restaurant la mirande
La Ferme de la Huppe's cuisine focuses on local producers, with ingredients from Gordes, Roussillon and Joucas. This approach is also reflected in the wine list, which gives pride of place to wineries from the south of France.
The restaurant operates without a classic à la carte menu, and offers two formulas: a market menu and a tasting menu. This choice allows us to adapt our dishes to the produce available, and to guarantee consistency throughout the meal.
The "De la Ferme à La Ferme" tasting menu comprises five stages, each highlighting an expression of the local terroir.
Meals can be taken in the dining room or on the stone terrace, depending on the season. The whole reflects an approach structured around short circuits and seasonality.
In the heart of Avignon, opposite the Palais des Papes, La Mirande offers a range of culinary experiences in a setting steeped in history. Some rooms date back to the fourteenth century, when cardinals received popes here.
The gastronomic restaurant offers structured cuisine, while the Bistrot Pamard offers a more accessible bistronomic approach. The Mirage restaurant completes the offer with a tavern-inspired concept.
La Table Haute, set in a period kitchen, offers a more immersive experience, also linked to the on-site cooking school.
Depending on the season, meals can be enjoyed in the garden, with a view of the walls of the Palais des Papes. The ensemble offers different interpretations of the cuisine, adapted to different moods and times of day.
