In the heart of the village of Aups, south of the Gorges du Verdon, this restaurant offers bistronomic cuisine based on local produce. Chef Alexandre Dimitch prepares a seasonal menu, in which truffles regularly feature prominently. Dishes feature generous recipes, including wood-fired cooking. The adjoining cellar completes the experience, transforming into a wine bar in the evening, offering a selection to match the dishes on offer.
