Located between Uzès and Lussan, the Auberge Gardoise offers a peaceful setting with a shaded terrace opening onto a wooded park. A mini-golf course and secure swimming pool are available to guests.
Cédric Douchin and his team prepare seasonal cuisine using fresh local produce. Dishes evolve throughout the year, and can be enjoyed on the terrace in fine weather, or indoors in a vaulted dining room in cooler months.
In winter, the interior stone rooms offer a view over the park. Pithiviers à partager completes the menu. In summer, a rib-eye steak to share is offered, as well as a musical program every Thursday evening.
L'Auberge Gardoise is also ideal for private and corporate events, such as weddings, birthdays and seminars
The estate offers a wide range of spaces for private and corporate events, with a variety of indoor and outdoor configurations. Rooms, park, terrace, nomad tent or poolside areas can accommodate a variety of formats, for a day or an extended stay.
Venues can be privatized, with flexible organization according to needs, including a room with a fireplace, a vaulted lounge or landscaped outdoor areas.
On the catering side, the cuisine is based on fresh, local produce, and has been awarded the "Gard Gourmand" label. Service is available indoors in winter and on the terrace in summer, depending on opening days.
