Stone, light and the Luberon landscape through the seasons
Two minutes from the centre of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt and its shops, the property is set on the heights above the village. This preserved setting opens onto broad views of the Luberon hills and countryside, offering genuine privacy while remaining close to everyday amenities.
Restored, this 18th-century farmhouse offers 335 m² (3,606 sq ft) of living space and retains the character of historic Provençal architecture. Its layout comprises a main house, separate accommodation and areas with scope for development, allowing for year-round living, holidays or a hospitality business. Uses can therefore be adapted to suit each project, without losing the connection to the property's historic character.
Exterior
The landscaped grounds of around 6,000 m² (1.48 acres) are supplied by canal water and offer a verdant setting overlooking the countryside. Several south-facing terraces enjoy open views of the surrounding hills.
Two outbuildings still to be fitted out, along with a vast basement, expand the possibilities, notably for a workshop or guest rooms.
Pool
The 12 × 6 m (39 × 20 ft) pool extends the outdoor living areas, facing the rural panorama. A summer kitchen completes this space dedicated to meals and time spent outdoors, with a due-south aspect.
Interior
The light-filled double living room opens onto the outdoors and is complemented by a dining room designed for shared moments. The fully equipped kitchen features quality finishes. In the independent apartment, the living room is enhanced by a fireplace.
Bedrooms
The main house comprises five bedrooms, whose character is defined by exposed beams, stone walls and terracotta floors. The independent apartment adds a vaulted bedroom and benefits from direct access to a picturesque courtyard. The property also includes six bathrooms.
