Renovated mas with Luberon panorama in Gordes

Southern light accompanies this renovated mas, whose main house and annex offer Provençal living between privacy and shared moments. In Gordes, views extend across the Luberon from an enclosed estate dotted with olive trees, lavender and fruit trees. A Provençal atmosphere among olive trees and lavender

Built in 1850 and renovated, this mas in Gordes combines a main house and an annex in a setting facing the Luberon. Its south-facing hillside position follows the rhythms of Provence and gives the property a presence largely open to the landscape.

The living area is 212 m² (2,282 sq ft). The two-level layout naturally separates the reception areas from the more private spaces. The annex complements the house with welcome independence. The character of the renovated building blends with the cultivated nature surrounding it, without breaking with the Provençal identity of the setting. Between the authenticity of the mas, its renovation and the quality of its surroundings, the whole creates an address where indoor life extends through the seasons.

Exterior

The grounds extend over 30,108 m² (7.44 acres). Fully enclosed and south-facing, they are arranged over dry-stone terraces.

Fruit trees, cypresses, lavender and olive trees make up the planting, while the olive grove produces around 200 litres (53 gallons) of oil. The Canal de Provence provides irrigation. An eastern courtyard, a shaded arbour, an electric gate and covered parking complete the surroundings, facing the Luberon panorama.

Pool

The heated 10 x 5-metre pool (32.8 x 16.4 ft) is fitted with an electric roller cover. It enhances outdoor living and accompanies sunny days in a setting widely open to the countryside.

A vast, light-filled living room includes a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Open to the outdoors, it creates a natural flow between cooking, meals and entertaining.

On the ground floor, one bedroom has its own shower room and WC. Upstairs, a hall leads to two bedrooms sharing a shower room and WC.
