Five centuries of history among oaks, pines and gardens
Between Cadenet and Lourmarin, in Cucuron, the estate is set in a preserved natural environment in the Luberon. Its location provides access to Aix-en-Provence and its TGV station in under 40 minutes, while maintaining a direct connection with the surrounding countryside.
Originally a substantial Provençal farm, the property was transformed in the 18th century by a family of merchants whose trade with Venice and the Mediterranean inspired its distinctive identity. A thorough restoration, carried out over the past two decades in respect of this history, has preserved the character of each building.
Offering almost 611 m² (6,577 sq ft) of living space, the estate reflects a heritage shaped by multiple influences and is suited to both everyday living and use as a second home.
Exterior
The wooded grounds combine oaks, pines and Mediterranean gardens around stone façades, old roof tiles and the inner courtyard. Shaded terraces and open views of the countryside complement the estate.
