What we like
Location: just a stone's throw from the famous village of Eygalières, this mas is ideally placed for discovering the most beautiful villages in the Alpilles.
Swimming pool: right next to the superb heated pool (on request) is the house's main kitchen, which opens entirely onto the garden for fantastic indoor/outdoor space.
Privacy guaranteed: nestled in the heart of nature and not overlooked, you can be sure of absolute peace and quiet.
Convivial spaces: plenty of space around the house for family and friends to get together for convivial moments such as summer meals and aperitifs.
Air conditioning: you'll always enjoy a cool, pleasant temperature in all rooms.

This country house features a huge, carefully landscaped private garden with a spacious lawn and beautiful views of the Alpilles.
Designed to let you enjoy the Provençal climate throughout the day, the outdoor areas offer plenty of spaces to gather, relax, or share a meal. The recreational facilities on site also allow the whole family to fully enjoy the garden.
The left wing of the property opens directly onto the outdoor areas, creating a pleasant flow between the house, the garden, and the pool. A summer kitchen allows you to prepare drinks and meals just steps from the water and extend your evenings outdoors.
Pool
In the heart of the garden, the stunning pool can be heated upon request for added comfort. It is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas, creating the perfect spot to enjoy Provence’s long, sunny days.
The adjoining summer kitchen, which opens directly onto the garden, makes this space particularly inviting: chilled drinks, lunches by the water, and long summer evenings can all be enjoyed without ever leaving the pool area.
Direct access from the left wing and from one of the suites further enhances the feeling of a home entirely designed for outdoor living.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 15 October: €350 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Dating back to the 18th century, the Mas des Magnans has been completely renovated while preserving the charm and character of its historic architecture. The property is organized into two interconnected wings, offering several living spaces well-suited for group stays.
In the historic wing, the ground floor features a dining room, a TV lounge, and a pleasant reading room that opens onto the garden. The fully equipped main kitchen connects to a laundry room and serves the various areas of the house. A guest restroom is also available on this level.
The second wing has a more outdoor-oriented feel, perfect for summer living. Opening onto the garden and the pool, it features a summer kitchen, a TV lounge, and a guest restroom on the ground floor.
This two-part layout allows everyone to find their own space while still providing generous communal areas for gathering with family or friends.
Bedrooms
This property can accommodate up to 12 guests in six comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, spread across the property’s two wings.
The historic wing features three bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite located on the ground floor with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom.
In the left wing, two bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom, while a spacious suite on the ground floor has its own bathroom and direct access to the pool. Set slightly apart from the other sleeping areas, this suite is particularly well-suited for guests seeking greater privacy.
Most beds can be configured as a king-size bed or two single beds, offering great flexibility for stays with family or friends.
