Olives, garrigue and Provençal equestrian traditions
Between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon, the estate lies in a Provence of pines and scented garrigue. Nearly 30 hectares (74 acres) form this natural setting, where 850 olive trees stand alongside 400 truffle oaks. This vegetation, combined with open spaces, gives the site an identity deeply rooted in local landscapes. The town centre and TGV station are both nearby.
The main residence, built in stone in the 18th century, offers around 350 m² (3,767 sq ft) of living space and retains an authentic character. Its generous proportions and history give the whole a distinctive foundation. Designed around a clear equestrian purpose, the property can combine family life, additional hospitality and animal-related projects, in a setting where the extent of the land offers tangible possibilities.
Exterior
The meadows provide vast spaces for horses or other animals. The stables, large riding arena and facilities dedicated to their well-being define the estate's equestrian purpose. Bedrooms
Four bedrooms make up the property's sleeping quarters. Their sizes range from 12 to 22 m² (129 to 237 sq ft). A bathroom completes this part of the main residence. Set within the volumes of the stone building, they form an arrangement designed for family life.
