A Provence story to carry on through generations
Five minutes from La Garde-Freinet, a village with year-round amenities, the Hameau des Seignerolles lies among hills and cork oak woods. Grimaud is ten minutes away, the beaches twenty and Saint-Tropez twenty-five. The estate thus retains its unspoilt natural setting while remaining close to villages and the coast.
Once a farming hamlet, it took on a new character in the 1960s. Eddie Barclay’s white parties, summer lunches and gatherings of artists are part of its history. The 18th-century manor house and other buildings now form a heritage property suited to a family home or guesthouse project. Existing outbuildings offer scope for additional spaces.
