Stéphanie is one of our Pilates, yoga and in-villa massage specialists in Provence.

With a background in dance and a deep understanding of the human body, she offers personalised wellbeing sessions designed to fit naturally into a stay in the region. Working directly in private villas and holiday homes, she brings a calm, attentive approach to movement and care, allowing guests to slow down, reconnect and enjoy a more considered experience of Provence.

From dance to private wellbeing experiences in Provence

Stéphanie’s journey into wellbeing began with a fascination for how the human body moves and adapts. She trained first as a dancer, then as a dance teacher, where posture, alignment and physical awareness were central to her work. Following a series of injuries, she discovered Pilates and yoga and their ability to restore balance and support the body over time. This led her to qualify in both disciplines so that she could teach them herself. Her desire to care for people beyond movement naturally guided her towards Shiatsu, followed by training in both relaxing and deep massage techniques. Leaving studios and treatment rooms behind, she chose to work directly with clients in their own spaces. Offering yoga, Pilates and massage at home or in private villas allows her to adapt fully to each person and each environment.

“My work is about movement, relaxation and care. I adapt to each person, while staying true to what I believe in, helping them discover another way of experiencing yoga, Pilates or massage.”

A personalised approach to wellbeing and body care

Stéphanie’s work is grounded in kindness, listening and exchange. Every session begins with a conversation, allowing her to understand expectations, physical needs and any sensitivities. She adapts each practice carefully, drawing on her experience while remaining true to her foundations. Her strong knowledge of human anatomy and refined palpation skills allow her to work with accuracy and confidence, whether through movement or massage.

Private yoga and Pilates during your stay in Provence

A yoga or Pilates session during a holiday in Provence adds a different dimension to the stay. It can help ease the body after travel, maintain a regular practice, or create a shared moment with friends or family. Practising in a villa allows time and space, without travel or constraints, and encourages a calmer connection to movement. In Provence, these sessions become quiet rituals that fit naturally into the rhythm of the region.

In-villa massage in Provence as a true moment of rest

Massage in a private setting offers a level of comfort that is difficult to recreate elsewhere. Stéphanie offers relaxing, deep tissue, sports and intuitive massages, with the intuitive massage often favoured for its fully bespoke approach. After a short discussion to identify tension, fatigue or any contraindications, she adapts pressure and technique to the individual. Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on preference, creating a sense of calm, discretion and ease that many guests associate with a feeling of quiet luxury.

Working with international guests in private villas

Stéphanie regularly works with guests from around the world. Before each session, she takes time to discuss experience level, habits and expectations. This ensures that everyone feels comfortable and understood. When language differences arise, she relies on clear guidance, visual demonstration and a measured pace. For massage sessions, she ensures that pressure, comfort and sensitive areas are clearly discussed, allowing trust to build naturally.

Provence as a setting for wellbeing

Certain moments of the day lend themselves particularly well to wellbeing in Provence. Mornings in the Luberon offer soft light, fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for yoga or Pilates. In the Alpilles, the end of the day brings a distinctive light and gentle warmth, creating a natural invitation to slow down and enjoy a massage as the sun lowers. Wellbeing in Provence is moving towards a more human and considered approach. Experiences are becoming increasingly personal, focused on genuine care, connection with nature and meaningful presence. This shift reflects a desire for wellbeing that feels sincere, grounded and lasting.
