Terrace: wooden, with a breathtaking view of the sea and pool, equipped with integrated sun loungers, perfect for enjoying a truly relaxing moment.

Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but children must be supervised when in the vicinity.

Centring around the large, heated infinity pool, this 2400m2 garden stretches seamlessly towards the wonderful sea views. Cook a delicious dinner on the gas barbecue or plancha before dining with your loved ones on the shaded terrace.
Pool
Surrounded by a refined wooden terrace, this 12m x 5m infinity pool is heated from May to October for your comfort. With luxurious sun loungers and a summer lounge nearby, this is the perfect place to relax with a cool glass of rosé after a long day at the beach.

Interior
This fully air-conditioned 290m2 villa has been beautifully-designed to showcase the outstanding sea views from every aspect. The spacious living room and the well-equipped kitchen open onto the shaded terrace via bay windows to create ideal indoor-outdoor spaces that will delight your friends and family. Two double bedrooms are located downstairs and the remaining two are on the first floor: all benefit from ensuite bathrooms, dressing rooms and sea views.
