What we like
Riviera architecture & charm: Built in the 1920s, this typical French Riviera villa has been completely renovated to combine period elegance with modern comfort. High ceilings and restored frescoes give it a unique character, blending authenticity and refinement.
An ideal location at Cap d'Antibes: The house enjoys an exceptional location with direct access to a cove just across the street. La Salis beach and the center of Antibes are a ten-minute walk away. Private beaches such as Plage Keller and Chemin des Douaniers are also just a few minutes away.
Interior living and pool facing the sea
The spacious, light-filled living room opens onto a main terrace with a dining area for twelve and an elegant outdoor seating area. The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, inviting unforgettable moments of relaxation.
Please note
Pool safety: the pool is secured by a fence, but children must remain under adult supervision. The pool can be heated mid-season on request.
Exterior
Just above the beautiful infinity pool is a large terrace with a dining table for 12 and lounge area. From here, you can enjoy the outstanding views of the Mediterranean. With both gas and charcoal barbecues, this is the perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.
Pool
This superb 6m x 10m infinity pool boasts breathtaking sea views. Surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols, it's the ideal place to relax.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 31 October: €400 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
With a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room that opens onto the large main terrace, the spacious living areas of the ''Villa Cap d'Antibes'' are ideal for getting together with your loved ones. Its 3 bright, spacious bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are annexes.
