Authenticity: lovingly restored, Mas de Venasque is a fully-renovated monastery which is simply overflowing with character and charm. From the original stone arch in the living room (former prayer room) to the authentic beams which have been restored as benches throughout the property, every inch of this exceptional home has been brought back to life and refurbished to the highest quality.
Heated Pool: this 15m x 4m heated pool is the perfect place to relax on a hot summer's day. To ensure maximum comfort during your luxury holiday, this pool is also equipped with a cooling pump to prevent the water from heating to more than 30°C.

Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but small children should be supervised when in its vicinity.
Exterior
Situated in the middle of five hectares of agricultural fields and beautiful natural gardens, Mas de Venasque is truly a Provencal paradise. With three natural springs, the elegant garden is full of green life and even features some tranquil ponds that are ideal for sitting by and immersing yourself in nature. Cook a delicious meal on the wood barbecue before embracing the local lifestyle with a game of boules as you watch the sun set over the surrounding countryside. In the centre of the grounds, you will also find a clay tennis court which is fun for all ages.
Pool
Enjoy a soothing swim in this 15m x 4m private pool, heated to a maximum temperature of 30°C from April to October for your comfort. Surrounded by a large terrace with sunloungers, parasols and a shaded dining table for ten, this refined pool area is the epitome of relaxation.
Interior
This 9th-century monastery has been lovingly restored with the highest quality furnishings and tasteful decorations. As you enter Mas de Venasque from the main shaded terrace, with an outdoor dining area and a heated pool, you arrive in the well-equipped modern kitchen which features large bay windows. Up a small staircase, you then reach the vast living room which was a prayer room hundreds of years ago. Here, you cannot help but feel mesmerised by the high ceilings, the original stone arch and the stunning fireplace which all work together seamlessly to reveal the property's historic past. Up a second small staircase, you will find one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The remaining four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can be found on the second floor, which is accessed via a very long and high flight of stairs in the living room. At the end of this gallery, there is another staircase leading back to the kitchen.
