What we like
Cool House, Warm Pool: with a heated pool and air conditioning in the house, this villa is faultless in any season.
Location: perfectly located a short walk away from the beautiful village of Pernes les Fontaines.
All on One Floor: allowing for a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
Things to note
Pool: the pool is alarmed for security but extra care should be taken with young children.
With its 6000m² landscaped garden, this spacious architectural villa is designed on one lavish level, allowing for fluid movement between four distinct living spaces.
This property also offers the possibility of renting an annex to the villa, in which there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thus increasing the maximum capacity to 18 people. (rental of the annex on request)

Set within 6,000m ² grounds, you will have full access to a vegitable garden.
For outdoor activities, a table tennis and a petanque ground are there for your entertainment.

The villa has a large private swimming pool, fully secured for children and can be heated upon request.
Alongside the pool are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool house.

The owner has opted for a refined decoration, using warm colours throughout the exterior and interior of the property.
The spacious living room opens onto the terrace and the dining room, which has a large table and chairs for 14 people. The kitchen is both modern and functional (central island, coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, dishwasher). There are two leather sofas in the large family room and a flat screen TV with DVD player .
