What we like
- Location: at the western end of the Giens peninsula in Hyères, this modern seafront villa boasts panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Almanarre Bay. Just a few minutes from the famous coastal path, Villa Giens is close to numerous restaurants, beaches, shops and the nearby port.
- Indoor-outdoor space: large bay windows link the living room to the pool area, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor space for entertaining.
- Outdoor activities : with kayaks and paddles at your disposal, and a private pontoon from which you can moor your boat during your stay, this luxurious villa is perfect for those wishing to immerse themselves in the coastal environment.

Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but young children should be supervised when in the vicinity.

Pool
Enjoy a refreshing dip in this 10m x 5m heated infinity pool after a long day exploring the Giens Peninsula. Surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and palm trees, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an apéritif with your loved ones whilst you admire the panoramic sea views.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 31 October: €350 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Decorated throughout with high-quality furnishings, this refined holiday rental is the perfect coastal retreat. On the ground floor, the beautiful living room opens directly onto the pool terrace via large bay windows, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze in complete comfort. Nearby, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A second double bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and two more can be found upstairs, including the Master suite with its private balcony which overlooks the Mediterranean sea and Almanarre bay.
