What we like

Location: surrounded by fields, holm oaks and near many villages, here you can enjoy the unique feeling of really being in the Provençal countryside.
Courtyard: the reception rooms overlook the bright inner courtyard, with large dining table, where you can have a meal sheltered from the wind.
Style: this authentic and rustic farmhouse offers two very comfortable living rooms, each with a magnificent fireplace.

Things to note

Security: neither the house nor the swimming pool are fenced, so special attention with young children is required.

The magnificent interior courtyard, with its wrought iron gate, gives an almost Medieval feel to this space that is sheltered from the wind... ideal for dining with loved ones in a real Provençal atmosphere. Alternatively, you can enjoy your meals in the shade by the pool thanks to its 12-person dining table. On the north side of the property, you will find a grove of holm oaks and a ping-pong table.

On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with independent bathroom, a spacious well-equipped kitchen and a library lounge with magnificent fireplace, a billiard table and TV. The living-dining room, with large table and a beautiful fireplace, is decorated in light tones to complement the rustic farmhouse atmosphere. Both rooms open onto the all-stone interior courtyard where there is also a large table. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a separate toilet, the laundry room and the Master bedroom with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom.

A country Haven in Provence

The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor space it is a comfortable 30 minutes walking distance from Menerbes and 10-20 minutes from Gordes Lourmarin etc . Excellent Location, spotlessly clean, very spacious, had all amenities required fabulous pool area . Great bedrooms and bathrooms no air conditioning but the house is constructed to be cool. Great courtyard and a number of rooms open out to it. I have to give a special mention to Emilie who was our house manager, we had bad weather initially and she always answered the phone no matter what the query was and is an extremely pleasant and competent person who handled everything efficiently. Our mid week clean was excellent. Also all the staff and provence holidays were extremely helpful and pleasant from booking to concierge. All of their recommendations were successful. We would return and we would use Provence holidays again.
