What we like
Brightness: Bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, this single-storey home opens generously onto the pool area.
Ground floor: All rooms are on the first floor, and all bedrooms have direct access to the garden via French windows.
Pool: The pool, with its child-friendly deck, is perfectly situated between the main house and the pool house, surrounded by a magnificent wooded garden that creates an idyllic setting.
To note
Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but young children must be supervised when in the vicinity.
Reduced mobility: the property is entirely on one level.
Exterior
The property's garden is carefully laid out, offering charming terraces, a pool house equipped with a summer kitchenette and plancha, a heated, secure 15 x 4-meter swimming pool, and a pétanque court for relaxing moments.
Pool
The 15 x 4-meter heated, secure swimming pool is ideally positioned between the summer kitchen and the house. Surrounded by a deck and equipped with a children's beach, it offers the perfect setting for convivial moments while enjoying views over the garden.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Entirely on one level and air-conditioned, this property is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, highlighting a harmonious decoration designed for comfort.
It features a vast living area including a fully-equipped kitchen with AGA stove, a large living room opening onto the pool, and a mezzanine office-TV room (not suitable for unsupervised young children).
The five double bedrooms, including one in the pool annex, offer direct access to the garden. Four bedrooms have 160x200 beds, while bedroom 3, with a 180x200 bed, can be configured as two 90x200 single beds.
