Surrounded by almost 1.7 hectares of unspoilt nature, Mas des Brumes enjoys an exceptional setting in the heart of the Luberon hills. Between the sun-drenched terraces, shaded areas and unobstructed views over the Provençal countryside, every moment spent outdoors becomes a genuine timeless interlude.
The vast 80 m² awning, complete with pizza oven, has been designed as an essential place to share long summer evenings. The patio, relaxation areas and petanque court complete this typically Provencal atmosphere, where calm and conviviality meet naturally.
At nightfall, the lighting enhances the stone facades, creating an elegant and intimate atmosphere around the mas.
Pool
The large 14 x 5-meter swimming pool blends perfectly into the estate's natural setting. Bordered by landscaped terraces and sunbathing areas, it offers a privileged setting in which to take full advantage of the Provencal climate.
Between refreshing swims, moments of relaxation and contemplation of the Luberon landscapes, the pool becomes the heart of the property during fine weather. The peaceful surroundings and unobstructed views enhance this feeling of absolute serenity
Interior
Le Mas des Brumes is organized around several living spaces designed to offer both conviviality and independence. On the first floor of the main house, a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room form the heart of the property, opening onto two separate outdoor terraces. This level also houses a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, accessible from inside but also benefiting from independent access, two double bedrooms share a shower room and enjoy a second living space with fitted kitchen, lounge and private terrace.
Opposite the main terrace, an independent annex completes the property. The first floor has two double bedrooms, while the first floor features a living room, kitchenette, shower room and private terrace with uninterrupted views. This atypical layout makes Mas des Brumes an ideal property for families or friends looking to combine moments of sharing with more intimate spaces.
