On this level, a separate bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen.
From the living area, a first, rather steep staircase leads to the dining terrace and pool area, a true extension of the house. A second staircase, this time internal, leads to the second floor, where bedrooms 1 and 2 are located. On this level, a new staircase leads to the roof terrace, offering exceptional panoramic views.
