We had a wonderful experience

Provence Holidays were absolutely fantastic; the whole process was seamless and the service outstanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with care. The villa was advertised as being within walking distance of a village; in reality, there were a few shops dotted along a main road, but given the heat and lack of shade it wasn’t a practical walk. That said, the property itself was truly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, and it did not disappoint. We learned the owners had only rented it out twice before, and it was clear the villa was a real labour of love. They set out clear standards for guests, which we did our best to respect. Each morning they came to clean the pool and would also take the opportunity to check on the property. Their feedback was always polite and helpful. Before departure, they also spent half an hour with us to ensure everything had been left as they had instructed. As someone naturally tidy and organised, I found meeting these standards manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would happily book through Provence Holidays again.
