A kitchen designed for private gastronomy: Culinary equipment is at a chef's level: wine cellar, steam ovens, two refrigerators and complete cookware. The space is perfect for tailor-made meals, with or without catering.

This 500 m² detached property, set in the heart of the Provencal countryside, extends over 25,000 m² of carefully landscaped grounds. Three shaded outdoor lounges invite you to relax: a convivial lounge area with table soccer in the immediate vicinity of the house, a sitting area on the lawn by the pool, and a generously-sized dining area in the garden. Three additional outdoor dining areas let you make the most of every moment of the day.
The landscaped, fully fenced garden includes an outdoor massage area, a pétanque court, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with gas barbecue. Families will appreciate the secure areas and facilities designed for all ages.

The free-form heated pool (15 x 6 m) blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural landscape. Alarm-protected, it includes a children's deck. Eight sun loungers, five parasols and a landscaped lawn for relaxation complete the area. The pool is heated from May, June and September to guarantee optimum comfort throughout the season.

The interior layout emphasizes the generosity of the volumes while preserving the privacy of each occupant. Spread over several levels, the house offers seven air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Two elegant lounges, a dedicated TV area, a games room with billiards, table soccer and a room designed for creative play for the youngest guests ensure shared moments, whatever the mood. The kitchen, with its top-of-the-range equipment (two ovens, wine cellar, airfryer, Thermomix, etc.), meets the most demanding expectations.
