The caretakers live in a separate, private residence. They handle property maintenance and daily cleaning.
You’ll be charmed by this sprawling estate as you stroll down the long avenue lined with cypress and lavender and enter through the magnificent Provençal patio centered around a century-old hackberry tree. Featuring charming fountains, citrus trees, numerous relaxation areas, a pool house, and an optional 18 x 3-meter heated pool secured by an electric cover, you’ll find yourself in an idyllic setting. A ping-pong table and a pétanque court are also available for you to enjoy pleasant moments together. Swings are available for younger children. Various herb gardens offer all the scents of Provence. A large vegetable garden and a chicken coop further enhance the authenticity of the place and allow you to enjoy fresh produce provided by the caretaker.
The swimming pool, long and elegant with its 18m x 3m swim lane, is ideally located in the central courtyard. It offers a breathtaking view of the Bastide, creating a unique atmosphere for your evenings. Whether taking a revitalizing dip in the water or enjoying a glass of chilled rosé by the heated pool, secured by an electric cover, every moment spent here is an invitation to relax.

This beautifully restored stone farmhouse combines modern elegance with timeless charm, offering an atmosphere of serenity, privacy, and openness. Well-thought-out contemporary touches enhance its authentic character, creating a luxurious living experience. Upon entering, on the left, you’ll find a spacious dining room that flows seamlessly into a semi-professional kitchen. These interiors open onto outdoor terraces designed for dining and relaxation, while the expansive interior spaces provide a sense of refined comfort. The house has excellent internet connectivity (fiber).
Ground Floor: A spacious TV lounge divided into two areas, featuring a Bechstein upright piano, and an elegant kitchen/dining area equipped with high-end appliances (including a La Cornue rotisserie and a custom-built kitchen range featuring 4 professional induction burners, a multifunction oven, and refrigerated drawers), opening directly onto the patio. This floor also includes a guest restroom and an air-conditioned double suite with a walk-in closet, a shower room, a bathtub, and a restroom.
First floor: Three double suites, each with its own shower room and restroom.
On this floor, you’ll also find a library area equipped with a pool table, as well as a room with a large-screen home theater and a foosball table.
Second floor: Two spacious and luxurious suites with king-size beds.
This beautiful vacation rental can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk, a chaise longue, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, showerhead, sink, and toilet.
First floor:

Bedroom 4: features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm); an additional single bed is available, along with a shower, sink, and toilet. This bedroom is located next to the movie theater with a pool table.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 5: features a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) or, upon request, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, showerhead, double sink, and toilet.
