Located just a few minutes' walk from the center of the village of Eygalières, the villa allows you to take full advantage of Provencal shops, restaurants and markets, while enjoying a quiet, unspoilt environment.

Villa ideal for groups and families looking for luxury on foot from the village, with vast spaces and perfect independence thanks to en suite bedrooms.
Safety: the pool is equipped with an electric shutter, but children must be supervised at all times when in the vicinity.
Exterior
Outside, the carefully landscaped garden extends over several perfectly harmonized levels. Grassed areas, gravel areas for pétanque and terraces overlooking the landscape all invite you to take full advantage of the mild Provencal climate. The views are spectacular: the Alpilles on one side, the Château d'Eygalières on the other. A closed garage for one car and several parking spaces in the courtyard make it easy to accommodate several vehicles.
Pool
The 14 x 5.5-meter pool is the centerpiece of the property and blends elegantly into the garden. With its progressive depth (from 1.20 m to 1.60 m) and salt treatment, it offers optimal bathing comfort. The adjoining pool house, equipped with toilets and an outdoor shower, completes this space designed for relaxation and long sunny days.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 31 October: €300 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
