Location:just a few minutes' walk from the center of Saint-Rémy de Provence, avillage famous for its artistic and cultural history, the villa is close to the best restaurants, bars and stores in the Alpilles.
Facilities: this vacation home combines authentic regional charm with modern amenities to ensure optimum comfort for its guests, with high-speed Wi-Fi connection and secure private parking.
Garden: a superb outdoor dining area to enjoy the mild Provencal evenings.

Exterior

Mas Lucie is a sumptuous property in the heart of the Alpilles, offering an idyllic setting for unforgettable vacations in Provence. Set in secure, fenced grounds of around 1000 m², you'll find a swimming pool equipped with an immersed cover, which can be heated. A shaded, landscaped extension is ideal for summer meals, while a pétanque court and carport complete the outdoor space.

Pool

Designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, the 9 x 3.5-meter pool is ideal for cooling off in the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoying the enchanting setting of the Alpilles. It can be heated on request.

Pool heating availability and pricing

1 May to 30 September: €250 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Interior

The living space includes a bright living room, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs.
