The ground floor boasts multiple inviting spaces. The impressive 70m² living room, offering sweeping views of the Alpilles, invites relaxation with plush sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a stylish bar, making it the perfect gathering space for family and friends. Adjacent to the living room, in a separate but connected room, a billiard table adds charm to your evenings. In the west wing, a large dining room accommodates up to twelve guests, while a smaller dining room, which seats six, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas range with a central island. This leads to a back kitchen with additional appliances and a laundry room.
In the east wing, four air-conditioned bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, complemented by a cozy TV and library room filled with children's books. This wing also includes a charming veranda, perfect for quiet moments or casual gatherings.
