A privileged location
In the countryside, just a stone's throw from the village of Le Paradou, the Mas offers a quiet, unspoilt setting, close to renowned restaurants such as the Bistrot du Paradou, the Manville golf course (5 min by car or bike), a padel, yoga and pilates center (10 min walk), as well as hiking and jogging trails in the Alpilles park, accessible from the house.
Outdoors and pool
A landscaped garden with shaded terraces and relaxation areas, and a generous, perfectly exposed swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the Alpilles sun in a calm, refined setting.

This charming house, fully air-conditioned for your comfort, can accommodate up to twelve people in six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request, en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. This room has direct access to the outside, opening onto a small terrace furnished with a pedestal table and two chairs.

Second floor:
Master bedroom 2: with double bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC. This room is located halfway between the ground and second floors and has direct access to the outside.
Bedroom 3: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and independent outside access.
Bedroom 4: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request.
Bedroom 5: with double bed (160 x 200 cm).

Rooms 3, 4 and 5 share two bathrooms with showers, washbasins and two independent WCs.

Annex:
