In the countryside, just a stone's throw from the village of Le Paradou, the Mas offers a quiet, unspoilt setting, close to renowned restaurants such as the Bistrot du Paradou, the Manville golf course (5 min by car or bike), a padel, yoga and pilates center (10 min walk), as well as hiking and jogging trails in the Alpilles park, accessible from the house.

A landscaped garden with shaded terraces and relaxation areas, and a generous, perfectly exposed swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the Alpilles sun in a calm, refined setting.

The landscaped garden, dotted with olive trees and a vast lawn, invites you to enjoy the gentle Alpilles lifestyle. Two superb shaded terraces provide the perfect setting for summer meals, from breakfast to dinner under the stars. The whole setting is green, calm and elegant, ideal for enjoying the sunny days in complete serenity.
Pool
Generous and perfectly integrated into the environment, the swimming pool is one of the property's major assets. Bordered by greenery and ideally exposed, it promises long moments of freshness and relaxation, in an intimate and refined setting just a few steps from the house.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 31 October: €250 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
From the moment you enter, this property captivates with its natural light and generous volumes. The living rooms - living room with fireplace, large dining room and kitchen - open harmoniously onto each other, extending their elegance outwards. The well-equipped kitchen is a delight for gourmets, with a full complement of cookware, professional utensils, two ovens, an American refrigerator and premium tableware ideal for fine dining. A magnificent open staircase links the different levels, providing a play of perspectives and fluidity that amplify the impression of space. Each room benefits from generous openings, some with private terraces, offering privacy and comfort in a refined, soothing atmosphere.
Bedrooms
This charming house, fully air-conditioned for your comfort, can accommodate up to twelve people in six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request, en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. This room has direct access to the outside, opening onto a small terrace furnished with a pedestal table and two chairs.
Second floor:
Master bedroom 2: with double bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC. This room is located halfway between the ground and second floors and has direct access to the outside.
Bedroom 3: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and independent outside access.
Bedroom 4: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) or two single beds on request.
Bedroom 5: with double bed (160 x 200 cm).
Rooms 3, 4 and 5 share two bathrooms with showers, washbasins and two independent WCs.
Annex:
Bedroom 6: with double bed (160 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. This room has independent exterior access with an unobstructed view of the garden.
