What we like
Location: in the heart of the village of Maillane, within walking distance of bakeries and small shops.
Decoration: tasteful and charming, emphasizing the soul of the house while offering optimal comfort with modern amenities.
Please note
Pool safety: the pool is equipped with an alarm, but we recommend that young children in the vicinity be supervised at all times.
Parking: one parking space is available in front of the gate, and several free spaces are available 100m away.
Air-conditioning: in 3 rooms only, but the house is very cool in summer.

Exterior
The house opens onto a convivial village garden with a 9 × 3 m swimming pool, heated and equipped with a security alarm (heating from May to October on request). Around the pool you'll find four deckchairs and two parasols, an outdoor shower, garden furniture and a shaded dining area, ideal for lunches or dinners under the Provencal sun. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
Pool
The property's private swimming pool: 9 × 3 m, heated and salt water, a relaxing setting for cooling off on sunny days. The outdoor environment is designed for optimum comfort, with sunbeds, shaded areas, outdoor shower and garden furniture.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 31 October: €100 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The house offers 350 m² of living space, with spacious, comfortable and connected living areas.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron available on the top floor, plus a separate toilet on the first floor.
Living rooms: a first living room with fireplace, smart TV and integrated SONOS system, library and sofas; a second living room with bar area, sofas and fireplace.
Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, cooking piano, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix food processor, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Dining room: central table seating 8.
Connectivity: Wi-Fi fiber network accessible in all rooms.
Bedrooms
The sleeping area is on two levels upstairs, with five en suite bedrooms, each with private bathroom and toilet, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel provided. Three rooms are air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1/Master: with double bed (180 x 200 cm), air-conditioning, dressing room, desk and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
