Located at the end of the garden, the 10x5-meter pool enjoys a privileged position, slightly away from the house. This configuration preserves the tranquility of the main terrace, while offering a genuine space dedicated to relaxation and leisure. Alongside it, a vast, fully-equipped pool house - complete with fireplace, spit and barbecues - becomes the ideal place to share convivial meals or extend days outdoors into the evening.

The interior of the house subtly combines the character of the old stone with the comfort of modern, well-kept furnishings. Entirely restored with taste, it benefits from refined decoration and quality furnishings. The light-filled, fully air-conditioned living rooms include a spacious living room, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for entertaining.
The villa has six bedrooms, all air-conditioned and en-suite. Five have king-size beds (180 cm), while the sixth is a twin room with two 90 cm beds. One room is located on the first floor, offering easy access, while the other, in an independent annex, guarantees peace and privacy.
