What we like
Location: right next to the center of Boulbon village and its shops.
Comfort: reversible ducted air conditioning throughout the house and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Facilities: plenty to keep the whole family busy during the vacations (children's games, table soccer, barbecue, petanque area, gym, etc.).

Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter for younger children.
Electric vehicles: an electric recharging point is available.
Pets: on request, 1 pet maximum and deposit of 200 euros required.

The 1400 m² fully enclosedgarden will delight young and old alike.A large 280 m² terrace extends the outdoor living space , ideal for lounging by the pool. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque with family or friends, anda gas barbecue awaits you for convivial , gourmet outdoormeals !

The pool of 8x 5 meters is the perfect place to relax in the heart of the garden. Whether you're looking for a refreshing break , a moment of reading in the shade or an aperitif at the end of the day , everything has been designed to allow you to enjoy the artof Provencal living in complete serenity.
