Pool: the pool has a sliding roller shutter for security but extra care should be taken with young children.
The 700m2 grounds are fully fenced, closed by an electric gate, and scattered with trees. You can find private parking on an adjoining 800m2 plot. The property also boasts a pool house with fridge, a 200m2 terrace and a plancha in the annex.
This 5m x 12m swimming pool is secured with a roller shutter and has a depth of 130cm. It is heated from 1st March to 30th October (inclusive).
The ground floor of the main house boasts an office/reading room with flat screen TV; small living room with flat screen TV which leads out to the terrace; large 45m2 living room with fireplace; 40m2 kitchen/dining room with a spacious island and exit to the terrace; laundry room with washing machine, tumbledryer and ironing equipment and bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and wall-mounted hairdryer which is perfect for someone with mobility issues. In the annex, you will find a living room with dining table and plancha.

Bedroom 1: with single bed, double bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC and sink. From here, you can walk out onto the terrace

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with queen-sized double bed and flat screen TV. Features en-suite private bathroom with shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 3: with queen-sized double bed and flat screen TV. Features en-suite private bathroom with shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed and TV. Features bathroom with bath, two washbasins, shower, WC and basin. Enjoy stepping out onto your own private balcony with table and chairs.
