Description

Holiday rental SAINT REMY DE PROVENCE

It is opposite the Alpilles that open the shutters of the Mas and that the 5000 m² of the property are deployed.
The 650 m2 of the main farmhouse is built on several levels, offering a glimpse of a journey through the history of art from the 1950s to today.
It is at first glance the silhouette of an agricultural farmhouse dating from the 18th century, masterful within its garden of trees and flowers, where funny works of art stand out. Thus, the eyes discover all the originality of the residence and the spirit seizes its identity.

Gate & parking

The 5000 m² estate runs along the Aurélia road, the historic Roman road on the north face of the Alpilles. Completely closed, it is available from the opening of the large gate.
The generations of trees planted bring the first reliefs, hackberry trees, pines and hundred-year-old oaks and attest to the authenticity of the places.
Like many secret places, hidden spaces punctuate the walk. Here the square of aromatic herbs, there are flowering groves that dress the espaliers of the Provencal garden.
The plants come out overflowing with walls of old stones. At the foot of the terraces, many climbing roses and bushes, bring a graphic and embalming effect.
The lines of flight are directed towards "Land Art" works, skilfully distributed here and there in the garden and the panoramic escapes lead to the Alpilles.

  • 5000m² park completely fenced and planted with trees
    • Large private parking
    • Ideal for napping, the old pool.
The lotuses bloom there and goldfish find refuge, while three sculptures
original prints by Max Crueize spit their water
    • Attached to the facade of the farmhouse, the shaded terraces are fitted out
comfortable lounges, conducive to conviviality and all moments of sharing.
    • On one of the restanques, one basks in front of the heated swimming pool surrounded by lawn.
From the pleasures of swimming and the delights of a nap to your evenings on its terrace
between aperitifs, barbecues and festive evenings.
    • Its pool house is equipped with a very "arty" ovoid bar from the 70s and a summer kitchen.
You will improvise kings of cocktails and grills, facing the breathtaking view of the
    Alpilles!
    • How to imagine Provence without the pétanque parties! The land for these happy
moments is not far from the pool, a few steps down.

Barbecue - Garden furniture: tables, chairs, armchairs, sun loungers, parasols ...
