You'll be staying in the heart of the garrigue in a protected natural area and just 10 minutes from downtown Nîmes and the TGV station, and 20mn from the airport. Ideally located between Provence, Camargue, Cévennes and beaches and close to remarkable sites to discover: Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, Uzès, le Pont-du-Gard, Les Baux de Provence, Aigues-mortes, Saint Rémy de Provence etc.
Exterior
All on one level (250m²), on a 3,500m² totally fenced plot, you'll observe Mediterranean nature at its best with its stone clapas and vegetation: oaks, olive trees, pines, cades, arbutus, rosemary, thyme...
For sports enthusiasts, less than 20 minutes away, you'll find a tennis club with 21 courts and 8 padel courts, as well as 2 golf courses (Nîmes Vacquerolles and Nîmes Campagne) and 8 other golf courses less than an hour away.
Pool
For your relaxation, at your disposal are a large swimming pool secured by a roller shutter (14m x 4m x 1.45m) with a beach area 0.25 cm deep for children, a spa among the arbutus trees, a Zen area with sauna and massage table and a dedicated and lit area for leisure (table tennis, petanque court, racquet games, bicycles available and board games.
Interior
All rooms open onto the terrace, pool and garrigue via sliding glass doors, giving the impression of being inside and outside at all times. You'll enjoy two large living areas: indoors (60m²) with cosy lounge area, TV frame with Netflix and video premium, and outdoors (40m²) with sofa area and summer kitchen with BBQ, for relaxing, cooking and sharing. When it comes to decor, the emphasis is on authenticity, with raw materials such as wood, stone, steel and linen. The owners took the time to choose the shapes and colors of each object, favoring lived experience and craftsmanship.

This property offers 4 large bedrooms all equipped with their own bathroom, TV, dressing room, outdoor terrace and silent ducted air conditioning system with individual temperature control.

Bedroom 1: with double bed (180 x 200 cm) made up of 2 90 cm beds, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, round bathtub, double washbasin and private WC.
Bedroom 2: with double bed (180 x 200 cm) made up of 2 beds of 90 cm, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and private WC.
Bedroom 3: with double bed (180 x 200 cm) separable into 2 beds of 90 cm, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and double washbasin.
Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) separable into 2 90 cm beds, plus 2 90 x 200 bunk beds in a bunker, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large washbasin (sleeps 4 in all, ideal for a family). Possible occupancy: 4 children under 18 or 2 adults + 2 children. Occupancy by 4 adults is therefore not possible).
