What we like

Village Within Walking Distance: a beautiful Provencal village, with a bakery, restaurant and shops, is located just over 1km from the property.
Contemporary Design: by keeping comfort and tranquility in mind, the architect has created a bright and blissful holiday home that is the ideal retreat.
All Ensuite: each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom to ensure peace of mind for all.

Things to note

Pool Safety: the swimming pool has an alarm, but supervision of young children is recommended.

Exterior

The completely fenced garden features a shaded terrace with dining area, 8m x 3m swimming pool and plenty of places to soak up the Provencal sunshine. Just 20 minutes from the centre of Avignon and complete with private parking, Le Magnolia is the perfect base from which to explore the region.

Pool

This gorgeous 8m x 3m heated swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking, comfortable sun beds and reed parasols. Truly the perfect place to relax after a busy summer's day in Provence.

La maison est décorée avec goût dans les moindres détails

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent moment. De la réservation jusqu’au départ, tout s’est bien passé. La maison est décorée avec goût dans les moindres détails et l’entretien est très soigné. Tout est présent pour passer un très bon moment. Nous reviendrons et testerons les autres villas.

De realiteit is nog mooier dan de foto's

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in de prachtig ingerichte villa. De realiteit is nog mooier dan de foto's. Enige minpuntje was dat het zwembad niet op voorhand verwarmd was. Het duurt 2 dagen om op te warmen. Zo hadden we er nog meer van kunnen profiteren.

Modern triumph in Provence

We loved our week in Magnolia - the house is a wow from entrance to pool with amazing details and tech. Exploring Avignon and hill top villages a delight. Only things worth mentioning - not really walking distance to anywhere so had to use the car and the house has two WC’s the bedrooms are not full en-suites which was a surprise.
