The fenced 4000m2 landscaped garden comes with a 5m trampoline, badminton net, BBQ and bicycles. Ideally located, this property is 5 minutes from Aix en Provence, 4 minutes from Puyricard and 2 minutes from Célony. Or, if you'd prefer to reach the local bakeries, restaurants and markets via public transport, the house is just 50m from a regular bus route which can take you into the centre of Aix.
Villa Puyricard also benefits from being in close proximity to a country club (with tennis courts) and the following walks: Montagne Ste Victoire; calanques (Marseille or Cassis); Regional Natural Park of Luberon, Alpilles and Verdon.
Pool
The large 13m x 5.5m swimming pool is secured by a shutter and enclosed by an exotic wood deck, the perfect spot for sunbathing.

This south-facing home features an open kitchen with central island, dining room, living room, WC, cellar and master suite on the ground floor. Upstairs, you can also find four further bedrooms, a separate WC, a bathroom with shower and a 35m2 terrace.

Excellent séjour
Propriété très design, bien entretenue et très pratique pour une famille avec enfants. Piscine très agréable et sécurisée. La proximité avec le centre d’Aix est en vrai plus. Propriétaires des lieux très sympatiques ainsi que les personnes en charge de l’accueil et de la logistique (entretien jardin/piscine).
Séjour à la Villa Puyricard à Aix du 6 juillet au 10 août 2019
Réalité tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Paix et tranquillité à 5 minutes du centre d’Aix. Jardin magnifique et piscine XXL. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à un point tel que le jeunes n’ont même pas maugréé contre la piètre couverture wifi ou 4G liée à l’indigence de l’infrastructure publique et nullement au fait des hôtes. Heureusement nous n’avions pas emporté de travail. Location à recommander.
COCON SPACIEUX ZEN ET CHALEUREUX
Nous sommes restés 15 jours en famille 'élargie' (nous étions 9, 4 adultes, 5 enfants) dans cette superbe propriété. Très spacieuse, nous avons pu profiter au maximum du lieu, et des uns, et des autres. Autre chose à signaler : je m'y suis très bien sentie ! La maison est chaleureuse, les ondes sont bonnes :-) OUI je recommande vivement cette location.
