What we like
Near to Aix-en-Provence: just a 20-minute drive from all of the museums, shops and beautiful sites of Aix.
Vegetable garden and fresh eggs: help yourself to the organic produce which you can collect from the grounds... everything tastes better when it is this fresh!
Accessibility: with a master suite on the ground floor, every member of the family can enjoy this gorgeous retreat.
Exterior
This 14th century farmhouse of more than 280m2 is located on the plateau of Puyricard, 5 minutes from downtown Aix in
Provence in the Aix countryside. Situated in grounds of 12,500m2, this private haven is never overlooked. Olive and oak trees are scattered throughout the property, and the terrace is shaded by chestnut and century-old lime trees. Help yourself to fresh produce from the vegetable garden as well as eggs from the three hens... they're 100% organic!
Pool
The wooden terrace around the swimming pool provides the perfect spot for sunbathing. There are numerous deckchairs and several seating areas within the grounds which allow you to follow the sun during the day.
Interior
The ground floor of the house comprises of a spacious 45m2 living room with fireplace, a 28m2 kitchen which opens onto the terrace, a large entrace hall, a lounge with 140cm Oled TV as well as a master suite complete with sink, shower and WC.
Upstairs, there are three children's bedrooms (two bedrooms contain two beds and the final third bedroom contains one bed). These three bedrooms all share a shower room.
On the upper floor there is another master suite with double bed and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is a separate WC and office area.

Alles war perfekt.
Wir haben uns von der Agentur sehr gut beraten gefühlt. Das Anwesen war perfekt für uns als Familie. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet; besonders die Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Unsere Tochter hat täglich die Eier aus dem Hühnerstall geholt und die Ziegen besucht. Der Garten ist großzügig angelegt und aus jedem Blickwinkel schön anzusehen. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und gut geeignet, einige Züge zu schwimmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles Gute.
