The house is located on a hill near the centre of Blauvac.
In Blauvac, on the other side of the hill, there is a restaurant with a magnificent view of the surroundings.
For your groceries, you can go to Mazan about 7 km away, which has two supermarkets, bakeries, butcher and pharmacy. All the amenities of a big city are located in Carpentras about 13 km away, including a hospital and a large weekly Provençal market on Friday mornings.
On the ground floor, accessible by a path outside, there's a fully furnished apartment with a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. It can accommodate up to 3 people and it's possible to rent it for an additional cost.
