Nestled in the serene countryside of Mazan, the 1500 m² garden of the Villa des Sarments awaits. It features a dazzling pool with a charming pool house nearby. The children will be delighted while playing a lively game of ping-pong or jumping on the trampoline, while the garden's lush flowers and soothing atmosphere create an oasis of peace. Welcome to a recently renovated, 195 m² villa boasting five air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room which opens up to the garden and the swimming pool. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are conveniently located on this floor and are particularly suitable for those who prefer to avoid stairs, while upstairs, three more bedrooms and two bathrooms await. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with a shower, bath, double sink, and a WC. 

Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), air-conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink. 
Bedroom 3 shares a WC with bedrooms 1 and 2.
